DELIVERY AND REFUND POLICY

Effective Date: September 3rd, 2025

Love on Thread ("we", "our", "us") is committed to ensuring your custom artwork reaches you safely and securely. Please read this policy carefully before placing an order.

1. Delivery

  • Shipping Method: All orders are shipped using tracked shipping.

  • Delivery Areas: We ship to all locations accessible by the postal service. If you are unsure whether we can ship to your location, please contact us.

  • Shipping Fees: Fees vary by destination and depend on the country:

    • Europe and Canada: typically €5–10

    • International: typically €10–20
      Final shipping fees will be calculated and communicated during the order process.

  • Processing Time: Custom artworks are processed in 1–4 weeks, depending on the artist’s schedule.

    • Priority Processing: Orders can be completed within 5 days for an additional 50% fee.

  • Packaging: Each artwork is carefully packaged in a plastic sleeve to protect it from moisture, prepared as a gift, and placed in a protective envelope with a “Do Not Bend” sticker.

  • Damaged Items: If your artwork arrives damaged, contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. We will redo the painting and ship it to you free of charge.

  • Lost Packages: If your order does not arrive within one month, contact us, and we will discuss a solution.

2. Refunds & Returns
 

  • Custom Artwork: All artworks are handmade and created specifically for you. Due to the nature of custom orders, they cannot be returned.

  • Deposit Refund: Deposits are refundable only within 24 hours of payment or if the vision does not align during the first discussion.

  • Order Cancellation: Once the remaining balance is paid and the artwork is in processing, no cancellation or refund is allowed.

  • Damaged Items: As noted above, damaged items will be remade and sent at no additional cost; refunds are not provided.
     

3. International Orders & Tariffs

  • Buyers are responsible for any local customs fees, import duties, or tariffs unless otherwise stated.
